Cilantro, peppers, chile infused olive oil, and roasted garlic, all in a flour tortilla. Zhoug is a spice blend of similar ingredients, used like a pesto or chimichurri in Yemen. I had different peppers in the harvest this week, but I think it will work well. And I think you’ll like it.
