Nearly 2 years in the making, the new brick and mortar storefront is now open! Located in Downtown Apache Junction, you can grab fresh homemade style tortillas, made just the way your Nana made them. Just a whole lot more of them, and not a preservative in sight.

Limited hours, limited menu, unlimited deliciousness.

You will find our traditional flour tortillas like the O.G. made with fresh rendered pork lard, and the Juan, (The Juan Tortilla to Rule Them All) made with cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Queen Creek Olive Mill. You might even catch the occasional corn or Specialty Flavor flour tortilla as well!

For the time being, cassava flour tortillas will be available only at the Gilbert Farmers market.
