Why Porcupine? A while back, when I was at the Elliot Road Market on Wednesday nights, I would often have a couple packs of tortillas left. I told folks that if they were having a hard time putting food on the table, to work in the word “porcupine” into a sentence, and I would let them take home a pack of their choice, no charge. I don’t want there to be any embarrassment. Just let me know you need a hand, and I’ll give it if I can.
