A spicy blend of local Jalapeño peppers, ghosties, and smoked reapers, and 2 year aged Cabot White Cheddar, in a flour tortilla, with a kiss of garlic. Kind of like a Chile Relleno, but flatter and rounder and spicier. Oh yeah- there’s a touch of Timbo’s Desert Death spicy pepper blend just to make you feel alive.
