Cilantro, Jalapenos, chile infused olive oil, cumin, and roasted garlic, all in a flour tortilla. Zhoug is a spice blend of the same ingredients, used like a pesto or chimichurri in Yemen. But we’re making tortillas with it, because that’s the kind of crazy guy I am.
