Sugar Rush Peach Peppers are a sweet and spicy fancy pepper, about as hot as a Serrano, maybe even a mild Habanero, and these are grown in AZ by my buddy Farmer Bill.

Lime. A green fruit that no one knew what to do with until the coconut was discovered, and someone put the lime IN the coconut. Crazy. Together? A match made in heaven. Hot diggity.

This slightly spicy, citrus forward chile tortilla is amazing for shrimp tacos or even quesadillas with mild white cheese like Oaxaca or Mozzarella. And it’s pretty, too.
