What’s a sope? (soh-pay)
Its like a really really thick corn tortilla, used as a base for delicious dishes. Crisp it up in a little butter, bacon fat, or coconut oil (really whatever fat you choose is fine, but get that crisp!) and top with a fried egg, carne asada, cochinita pibil, or just eat it all by its lonesome!
This one has roasted Hatch green chiles from 505, delicious Oaxaca cheese, garlic from the garlic farm, and cayenne from Camp Verde. (and a touch of brown sugar, black pepper, and love)
