My buddy Bill is bringing me a bunch of freshly picked spicy peppers. I am not sure what yet, but when I get them, I will chop them up and mix them in some blue corn tortillas, with organic lime juice, and you can enjoy them! I am shooting for a solid medium on heat, nothing too crazy.
This spicy, citrus forward chile tortilla is amazing for shrimp tacos or even quesadillas with mild white cheese like Oaxaca or Mozzarella. And it’s pretty, too.
